IDI Coaching

With the Intercultural Development Inventory, Eric Peterson, MSOD, will identify areas for growth in your organization and provide strategies for behavioral change.

IDI services cost $250 an hour. Meetings are private and confidential.

We provide solutions for the organization, never the individual.

Retainer Services: MHWA can provide your organization with up to 3 hours a month of strategy development and troubleshooting for a monthly retainer of $600.

Multigenerational Consulting Package: A team of consultants of the desired age range work with your organization to develop strategies for engagement of multigenerational stakeholders.

Individual Culture Coaching: Develop strategies to adapt behaviors essential to today's multicultural and multigenerational workplace.

Multiracial Family Culture Planning: Gain understanding of, better engage with, and become more experienced in the cultures within your family. Designed for non-Black families raising Black children.
